Stylist Page Galvin grew up in Grand Ledge, graduating from Grand Ledge High School in 2011. Page loves the color orange and is an animal lover. She enjoys listening to all kinds of music and also enjoys anything art related. Page likes to spend time outside and with her family!

 

Page has been working at Profiles since November of 2019. When asked why Page joined the Profiles team, she said, “I knew so many people and myself that would get their hair done there before I was licensed. I have always heard amazing things about the salon.”

 

As a stylist she offers a wide range of services, she offers facial waxing, hair coloring services, haircut services of all ages, styling, hair treatments, and permanents. Page said, “I really enjoy doing fashion colors and haircut services the most, however anything I do, I enjoy.”

 

Page became interested in doing hair when she was young. She has two older sisters who let her play with their hair all the time when she was a little girl. Page pursued her interest in hair by going to Excels Academies of cosmetology school her senior year of high school. She said, “I would go to the high school first part of my day and then to beauty school the rest of the day. I was able to graduate both the same year and a month apart.”

 

Profiles has many unique stylists, and that diversity in the Profiles team is one of Page’s favorite things. She said, “I would have to say being able to work with everyone who has their own individual styles and to be able to learn from one another.”

 

Page is looking forward to her future at Profiles! She said, “I plan on being with Profiles for a very long time. I have worked in many places but none of them felt like home. I always love learning new skills because in this industry there is always something to learn, even from one another. I would like to add eyebrow tinting to my services at some point this year. I am currently pregnant with my first child and am due to arrive at the beginning of August. So I will have to take maternity leave from late July to early September.”
